Coastal Farm Labor Services was built on deep agricultural roots in Southern California’s citrus industry, where reliable labor, precise timing, and hands-on field experience have always been essential. That foundation shaped our approach from the start—practical, disciplined, and focused on getting the work done right.

As our experience and relationships grew, our operations expanded throughout California. Today, we proudly support growers across wine country, as well as cherries, walnuts, reforestation and land-based field operations. Each sector brings its own challenges, seasons, and labor demands, and our team understands how to adapt workforce solutions to meet those realities.

With over 40 years of combined agricultural experience, we bring a level of insight that goes beyond paperwork. We understand crop cycles, weather pressures, regulatory timelines, and the consequences when labor arrives late or unprepared.
